Instructions

• Registration fee is not refundable whether the registration form is accepted or rejected.
• Public dealing office hours will be from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm from Monday to Friday.
• A candidate to upload photostat self-attested copies of the following documents:-
  • 10^th class passing certificate for verifying the date of birth.
  • All the mark sheets of A.N.M./G.N.M./B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing/M.Sc. Nursing/N.P.C.C. Nursing.
  • A copy of Aadhar Card. (as address proof)
  • Registration Certificate of G.N.M. (for Post Basic B.Sc. Course)
• A candidate trained in another state must submit the Original Registration Certificate to their previous Council after the verification letter from HN&HMC to concern council for NOC.
• In case of additional qualification M.Sc. and N.P.C.C. Course, candidate must submit the B.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Original Registration of H.N.&.N.M.C., Panchkula.
• Passport size photo requirement as follow:-
• Photo against white background.
• Straight Face. (No selfie)
• No cap, No mask, No dupatta on head, No fashion goggles except regular spectacles.
